Kaguya was way above Momoshiki. Naruto and Sasuke had the sealing marks from the sage of 6 paths so she could get sealed. It wasn't a normal planetary devastation

1. To show what a real shinobi is.

2. Passing of time and generation. That rasengan sure confirmed it, it's akin to the torch passed down - and that's Boruto.

3. Kaguya is powerful compared to Momoshiki, I wonder why that's how it looked to me though?

4. Without the fillers, this Boruto anime is a little good.
